You want to return our products? Really? Are you sure? Okay, let’s find out why and how we can fix the problem. Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll be happy to provide you with an exchange or a refund. If you’re unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We strongly suggest that you ship your return package insured, preferably UPS Ground or USPS Priority Insured. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please note that we can only refund shipping and handling costs if the return is a result of our error. Please note the following: - You must contact us with 7 days of receipt of your order and merchandise should be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order. - Used items will not be accepted.
- Onesies cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items must be in new and unused condition. Items must not show any signs of wear and tear.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs (both to send back to us and/or to send you the new exchanged item), unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Exchanges/returns after 15 calendar days of the original order date will not be accepted.
- Exchanges will be sent within 1 week of receiving the item.
- If you paid by credit card and are requesting a refund, the amount should be credited on your card within 7-10 days.
